the room was spacious and comfortable and since i was travelling with my family, comfort is the main criterion in choosing a place to stay. we accidentally left our belonging and the staff (ms yeoh) graciously entertained our request to have it posted to our home address!! just wish that the hotel lobby could have some info about interesting places to go to and nice place to eat at.

I recently had a short stay at a hotel in Terengganu and it was definitely worth the money. the location was perfect - right in the center of town, with easy access to all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And finally, the rooms were surprisingly well-equipped, with basic amenities provided and even two bathrooms. It was a pleasant surprise to find such attention to detail at this hotel.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Room was clean.
WiFi not so good. Parking was quite a problem especially when we have big size luggage. Location not easy to find.

Our family had an amazing Christmas vacation at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's proximity to the beach and local restaurants made it an ideal location for exploring the area. Our family particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was well-maintained and provided a great opportunity to relax and soak up the sun.
The room we stayed in had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. the lighting in the room was not very bright, making it a bit difficult to read at night.

Comfortable beds, small but well designed room. Modern, very clean bathroom facilities. Friendly staff.
A little noisy as it is on a main road, and very close to a mosque, whose speakers were very loud. The windows didn't fit particularly well which didn't help the noise problem. There were shutters too (which we used), but again it was still a bit noisy. If the hotel could sort out this problem it would be really great.

Staying at this hotel provided me with a comfortable and budget-friendly experience. Its location was near to many restaurants and a convenience store, making it very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and had good facilities, including a well-functioning elevator, making it an ideal spot for families with young children or elderly people. Additionally, the staff was attentive and friendly.
Everything was spot on.

Dusty, window is covered by wooden panel. Sound proof system is poor. Superior Plus is very small and squeezy, worse than a Superior Room yet price is higher than the Superior Room. The hotel only provide bath gel and shampoo and nothing else. So basic and so limited, a typical budget hotel, yet room rates are priced at normal 3 or 4 star level. Not worth staying.
